About me

I’m a UX Product Designer with four years of experience in designing user-centered solutions. I began my career at Americana Foods, where I learned how to align business goals with user needs. Later, I ran my own business exporting bath and guest room accessories to hotels and tourist villages, which gave me strong insights into customer behavior, problem-solving, and building products that truly meet users’ expectations.

Currently, I work in kitchen designer in Home depot, where I apply UX thinking in physical spaces—translating functionality, aesthetics, and empathy into every detail. My diverse background allows me to connect deeply with users and design seamless, intuitive experiences, whether digital or physical.

I bring a good perspective that blends empathy, business understanding, and design strategy—and I’m passionate about solving problems through thoughtful design.

My Projects

Create a kitchen measurements guide to enhance user satisfaction by addressing key pain points

From my experience as a kitchen designer, I’ve noticed that accurately measuring kitchens can be quite challenging for homeowners on a renovation or design project. You might assume that measuring is a straightforward task, but many homeowners struggle with knowing where to start, which specifics to focus on, and how to avoid mistakes. Unfortunately, there aren’t many tools or resources available that clearly guide them in a user-friendly manner.

This presents an opportunity to rethink the entire experience—creating a solution that empowers users to measure their kitchens with confidence. By doing so, we can reduce stress and help them make more informed design choices. In this case study, I aim to explore how effective UX design can transform what is often a stressful step into a manageable and even enjoyable part of the kitchen design process.

We understand that navigating an online shopping platform can sometimes be overwhelming. That’s why I committed to redesigning navigation on Home Depot’s website. My goal is to create a sticky. More intuitive and seamless shopping experience, allowing users to find what they need quickly and effortlessly. User needs and satisfaction are my top priorities, and I strive to ensure that users’ experience on the site is as enjoyable and seamless as possible, also to solve users’ pain points when they use the Home Depot website

This case study was shaped by conversations with real Home Depot customers in-store, ensuring the solutions directly address genuine user needs.

I redesigned The Home Depot top navigation in Figma to address major usability challenges. The original menu lacked clear categorization and service options, making it especially difficult for users with limited technical experience to find what they needed. This resulted in confusion and inefficient browsing.

My solution introduced a reorganized, sticky top navigation with clearly defined categories to improve discoverability, accessibility, and overall usability. I also designed a Kitchen Measurements page to guide customers through the remodeling process, reducing uncertainty about where to begin.

In addition to the website redesign, I conducted an analysis of customer pain points while using the Home Depot mobile app, identifying common frustrations such as poor navigation, unclear service pathways, and usability gaps.

In the redesign focused on user experience (UX), my goal was to address users’ pain points related to website navigation and accessibility. I aimed to improve readability with clearer layouts and typography, as well as enhance the flow of information, enabling users to make confident decisions

Golf City Compound in Cairo is a luxury residential development, yet its existing website failed to deliver a seamless digital experience. Users struggled to find essential information, the navigation felt outdated, and the overall interface didn’t reflect the premium lifestyle of the compound. These gaps created frustration, reduced trust, and weakened engagement with potential residents.

As a UX designer, I set out to reimagine the website experience—shifting from a static, outdated site to a user-centered platform. The goal was to solve usability pain points by improving navigation, enhancing content structure, and ensuring the design communicates the compound’s quality and value.
